Return Policy

All items must be returned in brand new, re-saleable condition. All tags, wrappers, & factory packaging must be entirely intact. All returns must be done with in a 14 day window to be considered for credit. Customer must contact seller first for return authorization. Returns must include original packing list(s). All returns will be inspected for matching serial numbers to verify the property of the seller. Customer pays for return shipping on items that were shipped correctly but not wanted. Seller will reimburse shipping for mis-shipped items. Any returns not meeting this criteria will be charged a minimum of a 20% restocking charge.
